Staying In Boston On A Budget

For anyone that has ever tried to visit Boston on a budget, you have learned that it is very difficult to find a hotel in Boston that is clean, has a good location and is affordable. There is, however, a hidden gem for those Boston travellers where a small budget is a top priority. Located in the back bay area of Boston, the Midtown Hotel, is in a great locale for anyone visiting Boston for either business or pleasure. The hotel is directly across the street from the Christian Science Center and less than a half a block away from the shops and offices at the Prudential Center.

If you are coming to Boston for business, the hotel is walking distance to the Hynes Convention Center and you can see the financial district from just outside the front doors. The financial district is easily accessed by a short cab ride or by riding the T. If you are staying in Boston for pleasure, there are numerous attractions that are within an easy walk including Copley Square, Symphony Hall, Newbury Street, the Boston Museum of Science and home of the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park.

With this prime location, you might think that you would have to pay a high price to stay in a nice hotel, however, the Midtown Hotel is very inexpensive. While many of the Boston hotels will charge upwards of $200, you will most likely be able to get a room at the Midtown for about $150 per night.

This Boston hotel is pet friendly, has an outdoor swimming pool and offers numerous special rates including a ‘Shop till you drop’ special as well as a ‘Stay and Go’ package.
